• The Braun Büffel Loyalty Program is exclusively available to registered Braun Büffel Retail Members.  
• All rewards and privileges are valid for redemption at participating Braun Büffel boutiques in Malaysia only, unless otherwise stated.  
• Effective 6 October 2026, membership tier qualification will be based on eligible purchases made within a rolling twelve (12)-month period. Each eligible purchase made on or after 6 October 2026 will count towards membership tier qualification for twelve (12) months from the date of purchase. Once the twelve (12)-month period has passed, the purchase will no longer count towards the member's qualifying spend.
• Eligible purchases made before 6 October 2026 will continue to count towards membership tier qualification under the previous twenty-four (24)-month qualifying period. 
  *Example: An eligible purchase made on 6 October 2026 will count towards qualifying spend until 5 October 2027. If another eligible purchase is made on 8 October 2026, that purchase will count towards qualifying spend until 7 October 2027. Each purchase will have its own twelve (12)-month qualifying period.

2. Spend & Reward

• Eligible members will enjoy an instant RM50 rebate upon achieving a minimum net spend of RM1,800 in a single transaction.
• Applicable to regular-priced items only.
• The RM1,800 minimum net spend may be combined with eligible payment discounts, such as bank card discounts, unless otherwise stated.
• Sale items and other excluded products do not qualify towards the minimum net spend.
• Valid for redemption at Braun Büffel boutiques in Malaysia only.

3. Bring a Friend

• Eligible members will enjoy an instant RM50 rebate for each successful referral when their referred friend completes a qualifying purchase.
• Members may refer multiple friends and enjoy the RM50 rebate for each successful qualifying referral.
• Each referred friend must complete a qualifying purchase in accordance with the applicable referral requirements.
• The qualifying purchase may be combined with eligible payment discounts, such as bank card discounts.

4. Year-Round Member Privileges

• Elite members are entitled to 10% OFF, while Prestige members are entitled to 15% OFF, on eligible regular-priced items.

• This privilege cannot be combined with other vouchers, promotions or discounts unless otherwise stated.

5. Birthday Reward

• Elite Members are entitled to a 25% OFF birthday voucher, while Prestige Members are entitled to a 30% OFF birthday voucher.
• Eligible members are entitled to one birthday privilege per birthday year, based on their membership tier at the time of redemption.
• The birthday privilege is valid for one-time use during the member's birthday month only.
• No minimum spend is required.
• Applicable to regular-priced items only.
• Valid at Braun Büffel boutiques in Malaysia, excluding GPO and JPO outlets.
• Cannot be combined with other vouchers, promotions or discounts.
• The birthday privilege must be redeemed within the member's birthday month and cannot be carried forward to the following month.
• If a member upgrades their membership tier during their birthday month before redeeming the birthday privilege, the member will be entitled to the privilege corresponding to their new membership tier.
• If the member has already redeemed their birthday privilege before upgrading their membership tier, no additional birthday privilege will be granted for the same birthday year.
